Documents for prospective private clients
Before bringing your horse into CPEC you will need to be aware of Trust regulations regarding horse riding in Centennial Parklands, and provide to the Centre Manager the following:
- Application and Stable Booking form (PDF, 45 kb)
- Contact Details form
- Signed acknowledgement of the Code of Conduct and Regulations (PDF, 1.2Mb)
- Declaration of Animal Health form. This form must be accompanied by a Certificate of Vaccination for Tetanus and Strangles, issued by a Veterinary Surgeon in the past 12 months
- Insurance Requirements form showing evidence of appropriate insurances for public liability and third party property and/or a copy of your current EFA membership card. For more information on the EFA, please click here

Documents for existing Private Clients
The following forms are available for CPEC private clients where their horse will be absent or leaving CPEC.
- Notification of Absence and Holding Fees
- Notification of Horse Leaving (do not hold box)
